Meet the Ontario Chapter Officers

Kristal Moore
Chapter President
Kristal Moore is the Lead Crime Analyst with the South Simcoe Police Service, a position she has held since October 2022. In this position, she provides analytical support for criminal investigations and mentors student crime analysts. Prior to this, Kristal spent two years with the Ontario Provincial Police as a Tactical Criminal Intelligence Analyst within their Crime Analytical Support Team (CAST).
Kristal holds an Honours Bachelor of Crime and Intelligence Analysis and a Police Foundations diploma from Seneca Polytechnic and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Intelligence at Mercyhurst University.
Beyond her professional work, Kristal is dedicated to volunteering to continue to support the success of aspiring and future intelligence professionals. She is the Chair of the Program Advisory Committee for the Seneca Polytechnic’s Crime and Intelligence Analysis program, a long-standing Program Ambassador for Seneca, and has contributed as a guest presenter, mentor, and teaching assistant to support the next generation of intelligence professionals.
As President of the Ontario Chapter, Kristal is dedicated to fostering collaboration between the private and public sector, and academia. She is passionate about mentorship programs that allow students and professionals, at any stage in their career, to connect with others who are eager to share their knowledge and expertise. Kristal is committed to ensuring the Ontario Chapter serves as a strong network that promotes collaboration, professional development, and training opportunities for aspiring, new, and experienced intelligence professionals.
Outside of her professional work, Kristal enjoys reading, mentoring, embarking on new adventures and hanging out with her dog.

Montana Bourke
Chapter Vice President
Montana is a Crime Analyst with the Peterborough Police Service, where she has worked since 2020. She specializes in intelligence analysis, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and leveraging data to uncover patterns and actionable insights that support complex investigations, including organized crime and major case files. With a strong background in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Montana brings a unique spatial approach to her work by transforming complex data into intuitive dashboards that inform senior decision-makers.
As Vice President of the IALEIA Ontario Chapter, she is committed to fostering collaboration, organizing training opportunities, and strengthening the province's intelligence community.

Anton Jageshar
Chapter Treasurer
Anton is a Crime Analyst with extensive experience supporting law enforcement agencies across Ontario. Currently serving as a Tactical Operations Crime Analysts with Barrie Police Service, Anton plays a vita role in analyzing telecommunications data, geospatial information, and investigative evidence to support active investigations. His work includes producing detailed analytical reports, crime bulletins, and BOLOs, as well as developing association chats and frequency analyses. Anton has also worked for the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) where he contributed to the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (OCEB) and Crime Analytical Support Team (CAST) specializing in auto theft and major cases across the province. He also worked for the South Simcoe Police Service, preparing dashboards, statistical reports, and investigative products to support both frontline and specialized units. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Crime and Intelligence Analysis and a Police Foundations diploma from Seneca Polytechnic, along with specialized training in OSINT, tactical intelligence, counterterrorism financing, and digital evidence management.
As Treasurer of the Ontario Chapter, Anton is dedicated to ensuring that all chapter funds are managed responsibly and with transparency. He prioritizes clear and accurate reporting and is committed to making sure chapter resources are used to directly benefit members through supporting training, events and opportunities that strengthen the professional development of intelligence analysts across Ontario.

Chelsey Rivet
Chapter Secretary
Chelsey has worked in various law enforcement roles since 2021. She currently serves as an Operational Intelligence Analyst with the Cyber-Enabled Fraud Team (CEFT) at the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP). In this role, she assists in investigations that require cryptocurrency tracing and analysis. Prior to this, Chelsey served as a Communications Operator with the OPP and the Barrie Police Service, and was an Auxiliary Officer with the South Simcoe Police Service. She holds an Honours Bachelor Degree in Police Studies and a Diploma in Police Foundations from Georgian College. Chelsey is committed to continuous learning and is a current student of the Crime and Intelligence Analysis Advanced Certificate program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT).
As the Secretary of the Ontario Chapter, Chelsey is dedicated to maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure transparency of operations. She is excited to assist in bringing training and networking opportunities to Ontario Analysts.
